Inspired by a text in their coursebook and by their love for the environment, the students of 1st class of Junior High School decided to help in the campaign of protecting the environment in their own way. In their English class they talked about the “Freegan movement” and in their Home-Economics class they were introduced to the 3Rs (Reduce – Reuse – Recycle). They worked on and presented whatever seemed challenging to them, either through PowerPoint presentations or through making everyday objects by using recycling materials.
